Biography
Earl Smith - HCC Central Campus resident full-time faculty since 1982, Dept. Head for Financial Management and Credit Management since 1983 and elevated to Dept. Chair for Finance, Banking and Credit in 1997. Earl spent 10 years in the banking field prior to joining HCC and has been the driving force behind the Banking Dept. for almost 20 years. Earl does independent consulting work for area banks and works for several law firms as both consultant and expert witness on banking related cases. Earl is Texas State certified to teach all finance courses offered at HCCS.
