A course emphasizing the development of listening and speaking skills at the elementary level. The course will use vocabulary, language patterns, situations and cultural information appropriate for a designated activity or topic such as business, medicine, music, art, the travel industry, or other specialized areas. The particular focus will be specified for each section offered. May be repeated for credit with permission of the Dean.
