FITT 1301 Fitness and Exercise Testing

Course Description
Recommended Prerequisite: FITT 1313
A study of techniques for conducting physical fitness assessments including tests of cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, joint flexibility, body composition, and pulmonary capacity. Topics include an introduction to electrocardiography and equipment use and maintenance. Emphasis on safety guidelines and precautions.
