     Contribute to a student-cooperative education this year, and challenge yourselves to achieve your personal and professional goals.  Turn your negative thoughts to positive attempts, and strive to do your best. 

     Remember to take one day at a time, one step at a time, and doing more will take. In short, becoming a better communicator and individual will take time and practice.
