WebCT (Web Course Tools) emulates a virtual educational institution for online course. It provides the mechanisms for putting teachers, teaching assistants/tutors and students together in "virtual classrooms", each equipped with a suite of educational tools.

CIC WebCT Developmental Server
Instructors learn to design and mange their WebCT Course(s) -computer assisted based course work- before implementing the material into their classroom.
