I am the Lab Assistant for the English department. I can assist and train you to navigate the audiovisual equipment in your classroom, HCC administrative applications such as e-mail/PeopleSoft/Blackboard Vista/Learning Web, and other questions you may have concerning these and the use of the computer labs.
Biography
I am currently a full time undergraduate at the University of Houston Downtown; my major is English. I enjoy all things fine arts, and dabble in anything I can get my hands on. When I am not reading, writing, or learning some new craft, text, or overall exploring (!), I am helping others to do so. My passion is helping others, and I plan to teach when I graduate (at high school and collegiate levels). I have worked at HCC since Fall 2006, as the English computer writing lab assistant, a supplemental instructor, and writing lab tutor.
