Biography:  (D.M., M.M., B.M., B.A.)  Dr. Warwick is the Assistant Chair in Music.  She is the protege of noted opera composer Carlisle Floyd (OF MICE AND MEN, SUSANNAH, etc.) and a composer of several operas for children for Houston Grand Opera (THE VELVETEEN RABBIT, THE PRINCESS AND THE PEA, STREGA NONA, THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES, CINDERELLA IN SPAIN, AND TEXAS!) and numerous chamber works, vocal pieces and theater works.  Her music is performed across the U.S. from New York to California as well as in Europe.
