Identify a line and type of argument for the essay “But First, a Word from Our Sponsor” by James Twitchell.  You should also identify a claim.

Choose one of the passages below to make your case.  Identify the actual words that made you choose the line and type of argument you indicated.  Explain your choice. 

Also, to earn credit for the reading, link your response to other elements of the essay.

If you have time, and energy, identify the intended audience.  Indicate which specific words from the essay reveal the audience.
