Central College - Educational Development Center

Current Status: First floor renovated for use by the Child Development Department.The Child Care Centers on Crawford and on Caroline have moved into additional space of the first floor. The Second Floor has offices, classrooms, and labs for the Behavioral Sciences Department.

Future Plans: Continued renovation of the second floor is tentatively scheduled for Summer 2007. The Caroline @ Francis parking lot will be used for construction staging and will not be available.

Faculty and staff parking will be re-routed to the Austin @ Francis lot.

This building should be completed before starting new projects IMHO.

Saundra, We will forward your comments to the COO and the President. They are currently working to plan the second floor for use as classrooms and offices.

Saundra, The planning for the build-out for the Second Floor of the EDC is under way.
